He manages to get one cuff on Zim and resorts to using the other on himself so he can't escape. Unfortunately, these cuffs work rather well, and the boys are now stuck to one another. Meanwhile, the Tallest have decided the universe--and the armada itself--would be better off if Zim were just dead. So! They send some soldiers to pick Zim up and bring him to Moo Ping-10 to be executed! Too bad he's got some weird hairy headed alien stuck to him.
Basically: Zim and Dib are cuffed together, get kidnapped by the Irken Empire together, and now have to escape and survive...together.
