Sanji had his phone in his hand, scrolling aimlessly through Instagram. Liking cooking posts. Hearting friends’ stories. Like clockwork as he turned up at the pub, The Jolly Roger. Flags were mounted on the walls and the roof hung low as Sanji ducked his head upon entering the ancient building.
Cigarette smoke invaded his senses as he strolled through the pub. He was trying to quit, but god was that smell divine.
He could do it, Sanji often prided himself on resisting temptation: chocolate, coffee, boys, etc.
It was normal and it wasn't like it was that hard.
Alternatively: Sanji was just attempting to get through university, he didn't need any distractions. Unfortunately for him, Zoro wasn't very good at staying away.

Sometimes, when things fall apart, it's insidious.
Sometimes, it's exponential. Sometimes, once it starts, it seems like the hits never stop. That no matter how many pieces of tape are put over the leak, it keeps growing.
After months of quiet following All-might's retirement, the league interrupts the 2A festival and normalcy falls to the past.
The three words Izuku had planned to say at the festival never come.
A different three words shake the arena, shattering Shouto's world, sending everything he held behind thick walls to spill out into the open.
Dominos fall in rows, drowning young heroes in their consequences. Black and white fade to murky grey.
Fledgling heroes are forced to take flight, supporting the weight of a crumbling profession on their developing spines.
Shouto finds the journey back to "normal" is a lot longer than its fall. Finds that destruction tells you what bonds will weather blood, sweat and tears. Which ones are coal waiting to press into diamonds.
