Summary
They say when you assume you make an ass of you and me.
Matt wishes that the Avenger's assumptions about his seeming inability to read the written word did something as benign as making an ass of him and them. Being called illiterate shouldn't hurt, not when he knows he's not, and it's not like he can tell them the truth.
Not that the truth would make much difference. He's just going to have to grin and bear it.
If he can.

Summary
Tim often experiences ‘silent’ migraines where he loses vision in his right eye. He has never felt the need to bring it up to the Bats, partially out of fear that they would permanently bench him if they found out. Besides- he manages just fine. Until one day one of his brothers notices he can’t actually see.

Hakoda just wants to destroy the Fire Navy, is that so much to ask?
Apparently yes, as his second in command drags in a net containing one half drowned fire prince with a severe brain injury. He can't justify tossing him back like the crew wants, so he will just keep him prisoner until they make it to port and then he's the Earth Kingdom's problem.
(Does it count as imprisonment if he's allowed to run around the ship as he pleases?)Hakoda and the crew slowly adopt a brain damaged fire prince. Just another day at sea.
