Hello! I would love to purchase the book to support this wonderful website (honestly, great job, guys! This is probably the best archive out there!). But I have a question before I proceed - and I hope this is the right place where to ask it. I wanted to buy the Kindle edition, but I can't buy it from Amazon.com, because my Kindle is registered on Amazon.it (yep, I'm Italian). If I buy it from the Italian website will you still get the percentage? If you don't, then I'll buy the paperback from the American website, but just wanted to ask. Anyway, again, great job guys! And thank you to whoever will reply!

No problem at all, I will purchase the paperback one, I like books much more than e-books anyway - I just wanted to download the e-book straight away because it looks very interesting indeed and was very curious to read it.
