GLaDOS is the genetic lifeform of Cave and Carolyn, and the new CEO of the now rapidly expanding company that’s making everything from plastic flower bouquets to nuclear weapons. Mitch and Gordon are brothers, but after graduation, their lives slowly start to part. Chell* eventually becomes GLaDOS's personal test subject.

Obsessed with human testing, she spares Y/N during her Neurotoxin killing spree of the corrupt human workers, GLaDOS kept Y/N as her research subject, seeing if with her supervision and parenting, she could raise a human to be what she considers morally correct.
GLaDOS treats Y/N as an infant, slowly removing all of their agency and autonomy, to create the perfect test subject for operant conditioning."Accidents happen," GLaDOS crooned, as a metallic arm delicately pinched the onesie’s sodden crotch and gave it a little shake. Y/N’s thighs pressed together instinctively, the movement making the mess shift in a way that made their cheeks burn hotter than any paddle strike. "But big accidents?" The arm retracted, returning with a fresh diaper—this one easily tripled the thickness of the last, its outer plastic printed with tiny pink crowns. "Those require special containment."

Chell expected many things to happen once she awoke in the Aperture enrichment centre. Puzzles, Cake, Almost dying, among other things. She did not expect to be on the run in the facility, not for the central AI to chase after her. Of course, that is without mentioning The babbling core that accompanies her and got her into this trouble in the first place...God she just wants her companion cube.
