Summary
Aziraphale Fell has been working at Heaven's Gate for the better part of twenty years as an assessor of orphanages for children with magical abilities. His life in London is fine, mostly. He has a house, and a cat, and that should be enough.
When he receives a strange assignment that has him bound for a month-long stay on a remote Scottish island, however, he begins to realise that everything may not be as it seems.
(Note: this is an AU set in the world of TJ Klune's The House in the Cerulean Sea, and while I recommend that you read it, it's not necessary to do so to understand the plot of this fic!)

Summary
Aziraphale spotted the vampire the very second he walked into the bar. Sitting on the table for two at the very back, he was wearing a suit and had, from what Aziraphale could see, very nice cheekbones. And eyes that were a tad bit hungry.
The vampire didn’t see him until Aziraphale stopped in front of his table. Then he lifted his head and, after a moment of looking Aziraphale up, said with feeling, “Oh, damn.” -

Summary
Decades after the world didn’t end, Heaven and Hell got their war — and nearly destroyed everything in the process.
When Aziraphale finally manages to reacquire a corporation and return to Earth, he discovers he was gone longer than he thought and the planet has become unrecognizable. As he searches for Crowley and tries to figure out how he fits in a world that Heaven, Hell, and God have all wiped their hands of, nature works around him to reclaim the bones of an old civilization as the scraps of humanity build a new one.
A lush and optimistic post-apocalypse story, told from the POV of an immortal who can't let go of the past.
